Madame Tussauds is the world-famous wax museum and tourist attraction, displaying the waxworks of famous and historical figures, as well as popular film and television characters. The Techbeit project management team were engaged by the owning company Merlin Entertainment’s IT Team to support and deliver the IT for the new Madame Tussauds in Dubai.
Techbeit assisted Merlin Entertainments by amplifying and optimizing the on-site project management, implementation and IT setup for this world-famous wax museum.
By implementing measures to avoid and overcome possible obstacles, administering countermeasures and pre-empting outcomes, successful delivery of a high-quality IT project on a tight timeline was completed on schedule and within budget. Madame Tussauds Dubai opened with only minor IT challenges, which were immediately resolved thanks to the on-site opening support team from Techbeit.
